Any interest in Bouwmeester?

How does a Bouwmeester for Gaborik, sign-and-trade deal sound to you guys?

Not good. We got four guys tied up already for like 15 million and it doesn't address the issue of having no goal scorers.

Sure but we would be idiots in getting him.

We are lacking in scoring ability. We need scoring. We need scorers.

Unless Bouwmeester can score 30 goals a year, forget it.

i think every team is interested in bouwmeester. would it be a smart choice for minnesota to trade for him? probably not. they have strong D as is. They need some goal scoring.

I agree, many other teams need a defenseman like Bouwmeester. Not so much MN

I'm absolutely for a Bouwmeester/Gaborik trade. That's my best-case hope for a Gaborik trade. We'll badly need a defensemen like Bouwmeester after next season.

Forget about getting goal scorers for Gaborik. It isn't happening. Instead we need the best player possible in return, and J-Bo would probably that guy. If we secured the defense, we can concentrate on goal scoring through other ways, like free agency, other trades, and the draft.
