Chris Higgins Hat Trick
Two snipes on breakaways....
Way to go.
Not bad for a guy who is a bad offensive player...
A guy who runs around like a chicken with his head cut off.
A guy who has hands of stone
A guy who should be traded immediately
A waste of a first round pick. etc
A guy who will never be a goal scorer.
A guy who is nothing more than an average third liner.

Okay its happened again. We don't get many hat tricks. Why don't more people throw their hats on the ice. Most American teams have fans that litter the ice with hats. I was hoping we'd see lots of hats because of all the excitement around the team this year. But no.

Oh, and great game by Higgins.
He can be a stellar player when he puts himself in puck reception mode rather than puck possession mode...

Well maybe it's because we own $30 hats not $1 JohnDeer hats.

1 of his goals was shorthanded and 1 of his goals was when he was on the ice with Sergei and Lang at the end of a penalty kill..... Lets be fair here.

I was thinking the same thing. Fans should always bring along a cheap old hat to the game just in case

Makes no difference. It's a spot some want Lats to have at his place. Both of his breakaways are with his regular linemates.
I'll take 1 Higgins before 5 Latendresses.

Lats only scores tap in goals when they are served to him on a silver platter.... Just like the one he had tonight.
I don't understand why this is one guy against the other.... Both played great and we won 4-0... Be happy people.
