Halak Or Price?

Halak last played VS Columbus when we lost 4-3 in shootouts, Price last played against Senators when we won 4-0. Price was given a chance after his lost to the Leafs of 6-3, you think Halak should be given a chance against the bruins tonight?
your thoughts..?

Price tonight, Price Saturday and Halak Sunday is what I'm guessing. Halak is the backup and will be played as such.

I also agree. Price is the number one and should be playing 3 games to 1 for Halak unless Price really starts to stink it up.

Wy would you put your backup in against a division rival especially when the game is for first place? Only way that should happen is in a back to back or if your starter is on a major cold streak. Coming off an excellent shutout victory is not what I'd call a cold goalie. Price needs to get in a groove and see lots of ice time now is not the time to stifle him.

Halak will see game time and get his chance, this just isn't it.

As Tuggy Said.... Price is our number 1, Halak is the backup...

This isn't about being fair to both guys.... this isn't house league tyke hockey where everyone gets the same number of minutes.

This is a game against a rival for 1st place in the division....

Price, Price then Halak...agreed.

Price looked very sharp and alert last game. Halak, not so much.

Price is comming off a shutout performance in which he was solid.
You really in the back of your mind thought Halak had a a chance of starting tonight?

I would like to see Price play St. Louis.
Since Halak is sure to play one keep Price away from the Flyers who tend to crash the crease a whole lot more.
Also Halak is still yet to lose in regulation at the Bell Centre I believe.

Good thinking, still isn't Carey built to sustain such assault and Halak more liable to get injured? Also, I think Price still has the playoff defeat on his heart (even tho he already won a game against them since) and wants to lay it on them. You don't take that away from your #1. Jesus Price knows no bounds... he should play ALL THREE games.

Well if it was up to me that would be my first choice.

He has had a lazy start to the year back to back games would not kill him.

Halak will play Sunday. He'll get mostly back to back games against the weaker opponent.

well seeing how Price is doing horrible tonight, we're losing 4-0 in the middle of the second....

Maybe Halak should've gotten a chance?

Tough call for Saturday, Price has given up 6 goals in each of his last 2 road games but got a SO in his last home game. I'd give Halak a shot on Saturday, he has a good home record and the Flyers did have Price's number in last seasons playoffs ... but as I said, tough call but that's where Carbo earns his money.

Halak vs Flyers
Price vs Bruins

I want Price to come back, exact his pound of flesh and embarrass that team. Price needs a game off and Halak deserves a start.

you have to put Price back in after leaving him in at 6-1.

I'd really like to see Marc Denis play a few games for the habs....if halak is able to be sent down without having to clear waivers..then i'd send him down to bring up Denis...otherwise i'd send a player who's just taking up roster space....i just want to see Denis play a few games...i'm just not impressed with the goaltending this year...it's just ok....nothing spectacular...like if the habs have a bad game then that's it...we lost...
