Determination is something you say to a school kid. I know Geoff Jorges has a ton of that. But I think that to instill hard work it's easiest to do it with guys that have a grinding style. cause skilled guys don't look like they're working hard... doesnt mean they arent though...

it's all about perception in this case...

Its all about expectations. Last year we expected effort and improvement regardless of standings and we were rewarded with both. This year many people seem to expect perfection which will never happen.

Last year we were 6-4-2 at this time.
Last year, we didnt have a full week break after a really strong start.
Last year, Begin and Dandenault were on our 3rd line.
Last year, hab fans on hfboards have been saying the same thing over and over again.

When the Habs are 9-15-2, then it will be time to start worrying. Until then, lets just wait until they bounce back into place.
