We dont even have 6 dmen right now.

We have 5 and some guy who wears the number 3... but he's actually a double agent, apparently

i would claim a minimum wage 7th journeyman defenceman of waivers who does the job a la Strudwick... no point in bringing up Potter, who would be watching each game from the press box while Roszival keeps racking up assists for the other team...

Whom do you suggest we call up? The only capable defensemen we have in Hartford right now will ruin their development by just wasting away in the press box. If an injury occurs we'll call someone up, but this is not the same situation as last year where Malik and Backman could be and deserved to be alternated with Strudwick; all of our defensemen, from Redden to Kalinin, have done absolutely nothing to deserve sitting out or taking a day off.

Roszival fumbled the puck, which everyone does on the crap MSG ice, and the Bruins took it down and Roszival recovered and forced a pass. Then the rest of the team, being lazy, didnt cover the man in the slot.

Yes, Roszival made the initial turnover, but no, that goal tonight was NOT his fault.

He hasn't looked very good in the AHL, nevermind the NHL.

Don't look for the Rangers to call up anyone to just sit around. They'll call someone up when there's an injury, or possibly when they head out west next month.

It wouldn't surprise me to see them pick up a veteran 7th d-man at all. No one in Hartford is screaming "call me up".
