Wang hiring Garth Snow as GM. At least Barry Melrose has some head coaching experience, albeit over 10 years ago.

And hiring a coach that seems to get 40 wins out of every team he coaches? Yeah real bad move there champ, that was a smart move by the Hawks it's just dumb that they did it the way they did. It should have been done during the off season.

Tampa Bay wins this thread, some of the most weird moves comes from this franchise this season.
