He did assist on the only goal we scored and he wasn't on the ice for the goal scored by the Hurricanes...

Blame him all you want, but even if he didn't play a great game, he is in no way responsible for this loss.

Tell me you're not serious. You've got to tell us now that you weren't. You want to go with numbers? Habs 5th spot with 22 points. Flyers and Leafs 9th spot 18 points.

Agreed. During the off season, the player(s) that I wanted most were d-men. I knew our bottom-3 are craptacular. A player like Kalinen would imrpove our top-4. Heck even Phillipe Boucher would be better than anyone we have. As for the forwards we lack grit, something that has not changed in a long time.

For all that people complain about the Canes, that was actually a really fun game.

Its early in the season to be freaking out, but we have 2 divisional games coming up and i cant see the Habs putting up more than a minimal effort.

We are getting bent over backwards every night.

No forecheck, no pressure, no intensity, just lazy hockey.

It has to come from the coaching staf, it dosent make sense that night after night they have trouble moving the puck out of the zone. Other teams keep up the pressure for minutes at a time, our offense is predicatable and just bad.

I dont know how many turnovers we had tonight.

The problem is between the ears.

Sergei should be sent to hamilton IMO.

Still it seems that Carbs was LOVING him tonight. He was playing on the PK and was on the ice for the last minute.

Carbs is on dope.
