You could make a real argument either way.
I don't think so. When you talk about Ovechkin, Malkin, Crosby and Iginla, in my mind they are the top 4 forwards in the league. The Detroit line is awesome but it's not the best line in the league when none of them are the best player in the league. Just my opinion.

Iginla is way better than Hossa.

Better? Likely. Way better? No not at all.

Ovechkin - Malkin - Iginla would be great fun to see..They would most likely get alot more points than the Detroit trio but I dont see them win if they were to play each other... IMO

Ovechkin, Crosby, and Iginla would spend so much time in the opposition's zone scoring goals that defensive play wouldn't matter. And if for some reason an opposing player escaped into the neutral zone, Ovechkin and Iginla would just flatten him anyways.

Then Crosby could skate by, trip, flail around untl the ref called a penalty, and they would spend more time in the opposition's zone scoring goals.

Just kidding on the last part. Or am I?

Depending on if it's a salary cap.

Iginla - No salary cap
Brown - With salary cap
