Preseason Schedule Out

http://www.newyorkrangers.com

Thursday Sep. 23 NY Islanders 7:00 PM
Sunday Sep. 26 at NY Islanders 5:00 PM
Tuesday Sep. 28 at NJ Devils 7:30 PM
Thursday Sep. 30 NJ Devils 7:00 PM
Saturday Oct. 2 at Boston 7:00 PM
Tuesday Oct. 5 Boston 7:00 PM
Wednesday Oct. 6 at Columbus 7:00 PM
Friday Oct. 8 at Minnesota 8:00 PM
Sunday Oct. 10 at Detroit 7:00 PM

3 back to back home and home series to start is interesting. Even more so, 3 home games and 6 on the road.

Regular season schedule comes out Wednesday.

Of course, this is factoring in that there is a season.

sather wants the kids to bond on the road, not a bad idea and unlike last season we arent playing 3 games in 4 nights on the road

this schedule is much better than last season provided that there is a season and that we actually sign some players because right now we cant even field a team with only 5 players signed

well i knew it was bad, i didnt remember it was that bad, theres no reason to play that many games in consecutive nights, especially during pre-season, im glad sather or someone on the staff was smart enough to make sure it didnt happen again

at least these 3 cost 10% less than they did last year. man i hate the fact that season subscribers have to pay full price for meaningless games in September. if playoff games cost more than regular season...shouldn't it follow that preseason games cost less than regular season???

10 friggin' preseason games again? Didn't we learn these lessons last time? Do we, once again, play more preseason games than any other team? And why the unnecessary road trip in the end?
