he sucks

2 of his last 3 breakaways he missed the net

same old move on the pp where he takes a shot that has no chance at going in with no angle.

turnover machine.

stupid diva like attitude is the reason why tanguay didnt take a shot tonight i bet.

or maybe he is just playing like a washed up 35+ year old because thats what he is.

Maybe you can start with not voting him in for the ASG.

I know hating on Kovalev is the most popular thing to do these days, funny because I don't see any trade Tanguay threads who creates way less chances then Kovy and is completley invisible.

He's on a slump. I think Carbo should reduce his icetime. He's averaging over a minute more per game than last season.

Tanguay's produced quite a bit for someone who creates less chances and is "completely invisible".

Kovalev is completely useless out there. He's hogging the puck, turning it over a hundred times a night, slacking off defensively... you name it, he's messing it up. If he could help the team out elsewhere when he isn't scoring, then I have no problem letting him play through his issues, but he's a total liability right now.

LOL. Yeah, I didn't notice him in the shootout either...if that's what you meant by invisible.

It's a thread like this were you can easily weed out the people who know their hockey and those who think they know something about hockey.

14 points in 18 games...yeah he's really underperforming.

He's just been inconsistent, kinda hard to do a lot when you've got 3 guys around you all the time.

If Kovalev gets traded maybe Markov and Co. will stop trying to be him!

Kovy is such a cancer, last year no one complained because he was producing. When he isn't giving an effort, the team has to carry his sorry ass. Bench him/trade him to see how much of an effort our team will give from now on.
