I was making a rash generalization. I just picked out players I always see in proposals. I apologize for being rash, I don't know much about Pyatt.

Blake is a different story though.

Either way, we wouldn't want him.

I think that any proposal involving Pyatt is really just a joke, we know that his value probably isn't even higher than a third rounder.

Only on HFboards does a highly touted rookie get crucified for not being the second coming of Gretzky, Orr, Ovechkin, etc in less than a quarter way through the season...

Honestly. It's insane.

I'll be the first to admit that I am less than impressed with Turris' impact on the Coyotes. All Coyotes fans would have loved to see him come in and lead all rookies in scoring, but in NO WAY are we giving up on him this soon. That would just be a BLATANTLY FOOLISH mistake.

A previous poster mention Joe Thornton and I'll say Shane Doan. Doan was a SCORER in Junior and he didn't exactly light it up when he was a rookie in the NHL. Sometimes it takes time.

The Coyotes gave up on Danny Briere only to have him grow and flourish with the Buffalo Sabres. Don't need to be known as an organization that gives up on kids before they have a chance to develop.

Turris and the Coyotes as an organization need to hook him up with a personal trainer to give him that added upperbody and overall leg strength he lacks. He'll be fine.

It is totally silly. Fortunately for PHX fans, their management shows no signs of wanting to give up on kids before they develop.

You don't give up on players like Turris that quickly. If Turris was on the market, i would love Shero to take a long look at him. Maybe deal one of the wonder twins in Letang or Goligoski + a high pick.

Any other forwards in the system (except Pacioretty)
D Ryan O'Byrne
Any other d-men in the system (McDonagh included)

Make your choices. The Habs were apparently really high on Turris at the draft. But it won't happen...
