Tanguay out with injury

The announcers on the stream i'm watching say Tanguay is not coming back with "undisclosed injury" probably from the Stuart hit. Sigh.

It looked like a pretty clean hit to me. Hopefully like I said in the GDT, the team is just being cautious.

it looked clean, and Tanguay didn't even look hurt on the play. Really weird.

Strange, it didn't look like a devastating hit. At least not to the head like the one on A.Kost. Tanguay needs to put his big girl panties on and get on the ice.

A very clean hit is exaggerating a bit. Look at how Tanguay's head moves back when he gets hit, but what appears to me like Stuart's elbow. I'd like to watch the replay again, though, I only saw the hit once so I could be wrong.

He got right up and continued the shift, so I doubt its anything serious.

Considering there were early rumblings about him coming back (even if it's finally not the case), it's somewhat reassuring. I mean at least he's not wearing his skates on his hands talking to a mop in the dressing room.

i think it's probably minor.. probably got the wind kicked out of him and they don't want to take the chance.

That's a funny way of spelling D'Agostini.

Michel Bergeron is insane, saying Stuart should be suspended for that hit, comparing it to the stevens hit on lindros

Sounds like a whiplash from Carbo's words. He's on the day-to-day list.

The hit was fair imho, not clean, just fair.

pffttt please. Looks can be deceiving. There could be any number of legitimate things that happened there that could have taken out even the toughest player in the league.

They'll be room at wing, not at centre. I can't see D'Agostini's start in the AHL being ignored if there is a forward call-up to be made.
