Doesn't make sense.. Lapierre is there, no need for call up.

Lapierre is garbage. I'm waiting for the moment Chipchura gets called up and never gets sent back down.

Sergei Pleky Andrei
Tender lang D'agostini/kosto
Begin Laps Dandy

I wouldn't make the assumption that both Kovy and Tangs are out. Gorges was also resting today so this could just be a precaution if he can't play and the Habs send Dandy back on defense. There are many scenarios and one of them is that Dagostini doesn't even play.

Not sure why guys are excited about this. He is a good young guy but I take Tanguay or Kovalev over him in the lineup. It's as if guys get excited here when players get hurt just so that a kid can get a chance. This over winning?

edit: another scenario..a trade is happening...

A injuries decimated Wahington versus a injuries decimated Montreal.

Hope D'Agostini plays on one of the first 2 lines

If Chipchura is called up its certainly wont be for taking Lapierre spot, he is playing awesome lately

Certainly hope D'Agos call-up has the same effect as SK74's call-up last year. Looking forward to the game against the Caps.

I really like Kovalev. Still, because of how the defence has brought their play up since Komi's injury, I'm looking forward to seeing how the offence adapts without Kovy.

I hope Kovy plays!
Sure, their where times he pissed me off with some of the fancy stuff. I got to admit that when the pucks bounces a little better for him, man he is unreal and that he is a warrior for us.
Let's go Kovy fan, cheer him on next game!

Imagine having these two lines in the near future

D'Agostini Maxwell Paccioretti
A Kostitsyn Plekanec S. Kostitsyn
If all three of those players became 1st line material I think we'd be laughing.

If he likes to drive the net and is quick him and Koivu will be great together. I am not holding out much hope for Lats anymore, it seems like he has stopped progressing.

There's the answer, no Dago for sure.

Higgins/Koivu/Tanguay
Sergei/Pleks/Andrei
Lats/Lang/Kostop
Begin/Lapierre/Dandenalt
Laraque

Yeah, if Tanguay in and Kovy out, I agree.

I was looking for a lettle extra from him. Aside a few good game, he has not put himself into our top 3 line. He needs to play bigger.

It is pretty clear that the Dandenault, Lapierre, Kovalev etc. haters have no intention of easing up on these guys regardless of how they play. There's a word for this kind of [non] thinking. Can you guess?

You don't think a rookie(second career game) looking to break into the club brings more to the table than Dandenault?

If both Tanguay and Kovalev are out, it's likely that one of those guys would be promoted to the 3rd... They've all been playing well since their return from the press box.
