Glide Boards

Has anyone ever bought one?

I used one years ago in physical therapy and man it really boosted my endurace like crazy not to mention its one hell of a good work out. Has anyone ever bought one and where did you get it? I really want one but the ebay ones dont look that great if you ask me.

thats a slide board right there... personally i dont like them, i dont feel like it emulates the perfect movement (pushing off) of being on skates

That is really not what i am trying to get at. I did one at physical therapy a few years ago and it really does do a good job if your are recovering from a ACL injury because it gives you the proper amount of impact on your knee when you try and skate.


Its actually a very good cardio builder..
