Nathan Horton is being benched against us. Reasons for the benching is because of stitches, what do you think of this?

Interesting for sure. On paper, it should make the Panthers look easier to beat. However, the Rangers have had the tendency this season to make "B" squads and back-up goalies look like All-Stars

Prucha may be back in

I am for it.....play the damn guy already.......atleast get his value up for crying out loud.......or send him to Hartford for conditioning and then give him a fair shot..........not sure what he can do after 8 games of just practicing

I like him with Korpikoski............he was doing well on that line but for some reason they benched him

I assume Fritsche sits............

there is no reason that lundqvist shouldnt be starting these games..back to back games yea but he is an elite NHL goalie that this team needs in order to win.

I'm for it, too, but I hope Voros sits. He's been garbage lately.

I think Prucha needs to play with someone who can create offense or else he's really not worth having in uniform. Unfortunately, you don't want to break up the Naslund-Dubinsky-Zherdev line right now, and you already have one pesky little guy in Callahan playing with Gomez. Korpikoski seems like he's more of a scorer than a passer. Who is going to make things happen for #25?

I think the Rangers need to do the right thing and trade Prucha.

It's clear he is not part of their long term plans. I really like this guy and think he should be given the benefit of a new start some where else.

We will likely not get much for him at this point, but thats the way it goes.

I agree and I've thought this since last year. I don't know if Sather and Co. think he can turn it around and that's why they've kept him but for 2 years now they've been killing this kid. He needs a fresh start and fresh bill of confidence.

Yeah, it could go either way. Looking at the schedule now, they got a back to back next week so it might not be a bad time to start him tonight but it's probably going to be Henrik though.
