CKAC is saying that Fatty was pissed off this morning learning that he was not going to play with Koivu tonight. They are also speculating that he might be traded later this season.

Was really amped to see D'ago but no matter. I expect to see a big game from both Lats and Sergei given the prospect sitting in the pressbox. Now, someone's knocking on the door and roster spot is all but assured.

Whatever, I like Lats, he's got good hands, but he's not a powerforward. He's a offensive player with a big body but no meanstreak and no desire to battle in front of the net.

.....until he's traded Ribeiro's style and THEN suddenly realize what he needs to do to succeed....

We would never hear the end of it....never....

Bergeron keep saying how great he looked like on the right of Brassard in Juniors.....Should he be under the left wing liberation as well???

Lats has terrible hands. The only person who misses more opportunities than him is Higgins.

I agree, if he was going to ***** about not playing with Koivu i'm pretty sure he would've been complaining when he saw he was playing with Begin a few games ago.

Should be a good game. I expect A.Kost to have a good game because he puts a lot of pressure on Dmen off the rush and he needs only the slightest hesitation to release that shot of his.
I agree Kostopoulos has looked better the Latendresse. Guillaume simply doesn't get it. He needs to drive to the net to be successful. He doesn't have the skating abilities to be a finesse guy!

Kostopoulos doesn't have the touch around the net like Latendresse but he's superior to him in every other aspect especially heart!

Yeah, he should. The whole team needs to be played on their correct wings.

I happen to like Latendresse but it would be interesting to see what he can fetch in a trade.

You should be ashamed if you can't win this game. I was really looking forward to this game, but with this lineup its a joke.
Your 4 AHL Dmen will probably all score the way the Habs have let rookies get goals the past few weeks.

I will support you as long as you remain perfect. If they win I vote you keep doing them, no matter how little effort you actually put in to them. If you lose, your dead to me. The standard deal.

Despite that Detroit game, I'm not totally sold we can win this one. But I will possibly be even more pumped if we win tonight. Washington has won all but 1 of their 9 home games this year after all. Their injuries help us, but then again Tanguay is out. It would be a real boost to go into the very long (seven game, 14 day) home stand with a win here, setting up a chance to show we can beat teams below us in the standings with Buffalo. Habs should try to open up their offense a bit if they get up by 2 or 3. Washington's good, but they're no Detroit.
