It's ****ing Wal-Mart, it;s a wonder why they aren't still trying to get the dead guy to do some work.
Walmart takes life insurance policies on their workers. They probably made a bigger profit on the temp guy then the in store sales.

Of course the wife will sue WalMart for 10 mil.
1- her husband is dead and wont support the kid and her for the next 40 years.
2-Wal Mart advertised the sales in order to get the mob to form and buy.
3-Wal Mart knew a stampeed has happened in the past but again did not supply enough staff to hold back the mob.
4 it's called depraved indifference in legal terms.
she going to get 10 million, the courts will want stores to control better what happens. Wal Mart is RICH and this lawsuit in in the USA.
5 unless of course he was Mexican, in that case Wal MArt will want the wife to pay for the broke glass he husband broke with his head and thats it.

Oddly enough this is how the "Trampoline" was invented.

I love how the Canadians on the Lounge thread found a way to trash on Quebec.

Haha, yes...They also, somehow, found a way to trash Habs fans.

Won't have to sue, she'll settle for much less than she could win in court. "We'll pay you $x now or we'll tie it up in court for years."

I understand there are posts on this in the Lounge and perhaps elsewhere. Feel free to post there about this tragedy, I've deleted enough classless posts in this thread already.
