If this works, D'Agostini will earn a spot on the roster.

Lets see how this resolves.

I like the Kovalev lineup. Kovalev and Lang did wonders in Pittsburgh, they have the possibility to do so for Montreal.

I totally agree, I think people just chirp him because they think it's the cool thing to do around here. He was pretty bad at the beginning of the year but lately he's been pretty solid and hasn't been making too many mistakes.

Only on CBC in Quebec of course. The whole night will probably be a Burke love in.

I'll say 3-2 Habs in OT.

4-2 Sabres

Price gets almost no support but D'ago gets his first NHL goal so MORAL VICTORY!

Lats-Lang-Kovalev

Hopefully Kovy and Lang can have some chemistry.

But that's probably the slowest line in the NHL..

Feeling the CBC love yet Habs fans? This season has been terrible for Habs coverage on CBC TV.

Dear God no!!! First Thibault, now him? Oh and there's also Marc Denis (SO win), former NHL'er J.S. Aubin and Danny Sabourin, as backups who have inexplicably stymied us (ok, it can be explained- they're French-Canadian). Add starters like Biron, Giguere, Brodeur, Leclaire to the list. At least Garon, Fleury, Danis and Theodore haven't punked us on our own ice... yet!

Nonetheless, this isn't quite the same Sabres team that was terrible for most of November. They have some confidence back after beating the Bruins and Penguins, albeit on home ice. Meanwhile, we couldn't put the puck in the ocea if we were standing on a pier. Still, I like that D'Ago has been put in the lineup. It's about damn time one of our AHL guns got the deserved chance. He should see some PP time if Carbo keeps thinking so straight.

Habs record on Saturdays has been bad just about every season since the lockout. That has to stop. This year we're 3-3-1 (but winless in the last 3), while last year it was 11-10-4 which is weak considering 3/4 of those games were on home ice and we finished 22 games above .500 overall. I 06-07 it was 10-13-3. In think it was a winning one in 05-06, though not outstanding. WHY DOES THIS TEAM SUCK SO MUCH ON SATURDAY!!?

What's the point in watching pre-game coverage on CBC? 90% will be dedicated to Burke anyway. Let them get excited, he'll just spin their circles in the mud and turn them into a one-dimension bruiser team with bad drafting. God bless Gainey.

That is surely inexplicable.
