It's up to the NY Rangers to make my gloomy day bright.
Chelsea already lost to Arsenal 2-1. Ugh.

How can they call that a perfect hip check on Callahan? Looked like a textbook clipping or tripping call to me.

end to end action is fun to watch, but the panthers have a porous defense at best and still, we cannot score.

and another perry pearn interview. enough of this clown already

If they continue to interview Perry Pearn, they should force him to wear a clown hat until the PP is back to at least mediocre standard.

We just have to capitalize on our great scoring chances. If we can't score on them, completely alone with Anderson and misses the entire net, wth will it take for us to score? That a cat puts it into his own net?

I am listening to the game online as the feeds today are just awful and virtually unwatchable.
Doesn't help as I am in a grumpy mood anyway

Ballard ain't a dirty player tho. Looked like an unfortunate timing imo. Cally's okay anyway.

Go Gooners! Are you really a Chelsea fan? Such a hard team to root for...

What do you think: do we need to make a trade? If so, who for who?
If not, why? Anyone in Hartford good enough to call up? I feel fustrated. anyone else here feel the same?

Oh yes, I am, big time. Been following Chelsea since the 70s. I used to go over at least once a year for the games. Now, not as often.
That was during the time I had Rangers season tickets too.

I like what they're doing showing the childhood photos of players on the team. It reminds you that they're just regular guys who had to work very, very hard to get where they are.

The photos of Wade Redden back in Lloydminster with a cherished dog and riding some farming equipment or something make me want to kill him much, much less for that ******** penalty he just took.

How about Voros with Rangers stuff in every picture. Posters, clothes, hats. Old photos always tell the truth! Guess he really was a big Rangers fan as a kid.

Back to the game. Quite boring I must say. How can they not bury the puck against the Panthers...

we continue to trade chances with this awful panthers team.

and we still cannot score.

You said it. We are only as good as Lundy allows us to be.

This is what happens when management decides to let a game breaker walk and give top dollar money to 2nd and 3rd line support role players.

Most GM's around the league recognize that you give big money contracts to goal scorers who can dominate a game, not penalty killers.
