Hello.

Weber 2 goals on PP.

Maybe we should call him up?

AK46 wave 1?
'V'eber Wave 2?

I think Weber and White are definitively going to be good.

I was listening to the AHL for the 3rd period and I thought of this. Next year you might have these guys in th eAHL as dmem

Subban
Carle
Weber
Valentenko
Yemelin
Mcdonaugh
fisher
Wyman

Of course carle, weber, v-tank and yemelin are strong candidates to play with the habs, but if O'byrne is not traded and komi signs, that will leave 2 spots open. 1 to replace bouillon and the other to replace brisebois as a 7th dman.

From Dubé , Lehoux is the more ready and complete player to play in the NHL
Impressed with White and with Maxpac in the 3 th ( but he needs to play 60 minutes )

Weber is very good with the puck , but needs to play without it , and needs to be stronger . Will be good but not ready yet .
Henry , solid .

very impressed with Maxwell ; compared him to the kind of impact that Kost had last season ; not the same kind of game , but very intelligent with the puck , knows where to be , where to go .

Denis was good despite the 5 goals .

Not surprised there were 14 000 there.

I went to buy tickets at like 4:35 pm and by the end of the 1st period (I brought my walkman so I knew what was going on in the game) I was at least an hour away from reaching the ticket office window. There were TONS of people waiting in line and it was going very slowly. So instead of paying money to watch like one period of hockey, I just went home. It was RIDICULOUS to wait that long. I am convinced some people missed the first two periods waiting in line to buy tickets. What was also ridiculous was La Cage Aux Sports at the Bell Centre not even showing the game on an in-house feed!

I think everyone in my position thought there would be little interest for this game and felt they could get tickets right at the last moment. I'll know better the next time the Dogs play a game here and buy them a few days before.

And man, Weber sure loves playing at the Bell Center, eh? I believe he had 2 goals in pre-season there, and now 2 tonight. Kid's gonna make the NHL just because of his PP prowess for sure. I know the temptation is there to call him up NOW, but if we want to develop a true defenceman and not just a PP specialist, you gotta let him develop in the AHL. And good to see Max Pac heating up, that goal sounded impressive on the radio.

Dube also said that Ryan Russell has highly above average skills, but Russell is 5'8 and 165 pounds which goes against him.

Can anyone who went to the game tell me who Zubov played with? And also did he dominate at times, i know he got 1 goal and 2 assists and was the games first star?

Sorry for posting in enemy territory. lol

Just came back home...Sat 6 rows from the ice.

I was definately impressed by MacPac. Was kinda quiet in the first half but then picked it up and was the most dangerous for the Dogs. Scored a beautifull goal and almost added another one later on. Maxwell was so-so and Weber was lethal on the PP. Stewart is a pitbull out there and I cant wait to see him on our 4th line.

Pacioretty's goal was awesome and of NHL caliber. He almost scored on his second rush through the Binghampton D which brought the crowd to its feet. He needs to show a little more consistency though.

I like how the crowd cheered when they showed O'Byrne's video in the Bulldog intro. Let's hope the mood transcends to a full crowd.

I would remove Valentenko's name and add Paquet's (although he could be in the ECHL if no room in Hamilton) While i don't expect to see Torp in Hamilton he's also a possibility to come over.

So yea Hamilton is going to be crowded on defense. Will be interesting to see if one or both of Fischer/McDonagh turn pro this summer.

Reporter said that he was impressed a lot by his maturity on the ice , that he was controlling the game and NHL ready for sure .

So I was at the game today... some things..

1 - Weber was excellent at the point, kid's got an excellent net seeing shot!

2 - I thought Shawn Belle was solid, played sound hockey. The guy is underrated!

3 - Was sitting under the area where Gainey, Carbo and Muller were watching the game. When Max Pac scored that sweet goal, everyone turned around and started to point at Gainey, like they were telling him to call that kid up to the big show.

4 - Dogs need to work on their Penalty Kill!
