As a Ranger fan, the only problem I saw from Lindros was the obvious one - his inuries. he was a good teammate, and well-liked, especially by the younger players who looked up to him. But, a team with big time aspirations can't be too dependent upon him for success. He can't be the go-to guy. If the pieces are already in place, he's a wild card who, under the right circumstances has a chance to significantly help a team.

Actually, I think Eric Lindros would be a great addition, but there's no way it could possibly happen, even if the team were sold and Clarke fired. It just can't happen. There are too many bad memories and grudges hanging about.

I think he will sign with Toronto for 2 or at most 3 million. Would I want him back at 3 mill? Not at this point.
