Laviolette, played for the Rangers, and is good enough for me.

Anyone but Renney. I'd start with Ted Nolan or Glen Sather.

I always admired Nolan's ability to produce with little. He'd still be with the Isles if he didn't refuse to go along with their loser/rebuild strategy (as would Neil Smith).

If Renney gets the boot, which I hope he does (bad line changes and a bad power play is the result of bad coaching), I expect Slats to step behind the bench and do the GM/Coach thing the way he has in the past.

I'd take him too and if Naslund doesn't like it, trade him.

What does everyone think of Claude Julien? I know he can't come here but hes doing a great job with the youth in Boston and turning that franchise around.

torts with schony and adam graves as assts.

now thats an emotional, tough yet classy group of coaches.

offer professor 5 in the box an asst gm spot to be groomed as slats replacement soon.

i like the idea of having adam graves involved with this organization.

the current coaches are devoid of all emotion and creativity. clean house.

fire tom renney and his clowns now.

Sather has given Renney a bag of doodie to work with. No toughness, no scoring.

Sather's the one that needs to go, not Renney

Same thing other fans were saying about Renney.

If...and that's a BIG "if"..... Renney gets fired we will see Schoenfeld taking over the team as interim coach. And I happen to think Schoenfeld would be a nice fit.
