When it has to do with the game, its fun. When its sideshow soap opera ********, how can it be about balls? It belongs on Oprah in that case.....

Were you the obese man sitting next to me shoving a pizza down your throat while chanting "SLOPPY SECONDS" and spitting crumbs on the Swedish tourists in front of him?

I definitely wouldn't kick her out of my bed. Although, I'm not too sure my hockey skills are up to par.

She was 'Puckbunny of the Week' a few weeks ago:

First, you want "family entertainment"?? Three words, "Disney on Ice". Second, if Avery didn't demand a "max money" contract, he would be back with the Rangers, no problem.

First, the league, the players, and everyone involved in the 'incident' denounced it, including Avery.

Second, hearing what some players have said, i doubt it wouldve been 'no problem'

I think the criticism he received from fellow players had a lot more to do with him being Sean Avery than anything. Not to say that people would have rushed to his defense were he some average Joe Third Line, but he's without question the most unpopular player in the league.

I mean phaneuf is one of their better players so I dont see why people are against the chant as it is trying to get under his skin. How about we focus our efforts on ending the booing of our own players, i.e. Rosival which I think is much more childish.

Bluenote- I take it you hate the Potvin sucks chants also? Is "Let's go Rangers" the only chant you approve of?

Potvin sucks is perfectly fine. Keep the chants on the ice, about hockey, no problemo.

I also approve of these:

"Bluenotes' a sexy beast !"

"Send Bluenote Money !"

"Bluenote for GM !"

I'd hate to see how some of you would react to the chants at European soccer matches. You'd probably faint.

I've been to about half a dozen. Never fainted. Don't really care for it though, thats why i'm glad most hockey fans are passionate but not total idiots.

Though I think the chant was pretty stupid and makes NY fans look like idiots, I'd rather that than booing our own players.

You can't say sloppy seconds because it offends easy girls and if easy girls become offended then they will cease to be easy and no one gets laid.

Let's just sit back and remind Potvin that he sucks every two minutes of every game. That is much more fun and certainyl less offensive.

Sean Avery hates all of you and would just call you annoying or stupid.

so don't think that you accomplished something great by chanting this. but by the same token...don't think you are a good person because you think its "childish" you don't like it....go to the WaMu Theater and take in an evening of Elton John.

but I suppose Homo Larry chants would fit in well there. i give up.
