So no Chipchura, that leaves Begin and Lapierre. Let's hope this isn't a long term injury.
Aren't they the same height???

And didn't Devito play Mini-Me in the real life movie adaptation of Austin Powers??

You and Neofury need some mojo, baby, yeah!

That's why Habs10Habs was saying you were whining yourself.

Thanks Kriss.

I apologize to everyone for taking this thread OT.

As for Sergei being back in the line up. What kind of an impact does everyone think he's going to bring? Any worries that he might just sulk after being sat out a few games?

Personally I think we are going to see the Sergei from earlier this season and last season. A more controlled, but still full of energy Sergei.

I think he'll be pumped, I just hope he's put on a good line.

If he ever pulls a Perezhogin, his days will be numbered in Montreal.

Fat chance tho.

I think so too, I just hope that he can control his excitement and play a smart game. I've never been worried about his skills. It's his emotions that he still needs to work on IMO.

No I didn't mean it like that. I meant that he might be upset about the benching and mope around on the ice. I can't see it happening, but maybe some posters might feel this way.

Hope Pleks is alright. Says Lats and O'B are expected scratches tonight.

Komisarek skated with his teammates and is aiming for a Dec. 18 return.
Hopefully, Sergei comes back in the line-up.

That's actually what I meant by pulling a Perezhogin. Perez was upset and moped when he was benched, instead of being fired up.

So you're not only short, but slow as a snail too??????????? JK

Would you play Higgins at center with Sergei tonight? Bégin and Lapierre are connecting... And I hope Carbo plays Tanguay with Kovi and Lang for his big game.

I'm not a big fan of Higgins when he's playing center. But if Pleks is out for a game or 2. I wouldn't have a problem with putting him in Plek's place.

Carbo said in his pre-game interview that he left because it was an optional practice and that he is not worried about him for tonight

Sergei will play with passion.

I don't see him whining and all that ****, unless after playing a good game he's benched again and whatnot...

There was good reason for him to be benched anyways.
It's Lats that I'd be afraid of seeing disappear.

Nice.

Any word on the line combos?

I'm hoping for:

AK46 - Koivu - D'Ago
Tanguay - Lang - Kovalev
Higgins - Plekanec - Sergei
Begin - Lapierre - Kosto

Either that or switch Sergei and Tangs...

it isnt certain that sergei will play as carbo is going to wait intill after the pre-game warm up to see if the flames lineup will make having laraque in the lineup a must...
