Hopefully, those CKAC Sports "experts" (Martin Lemay, le Gros JC Lajoie and Bergeron) will stop bashing Lang all day long, who they like to call Robert "Lent". He's on pace for 25+ goals and 50+ points and they say he's no better than Smolinski and Bonk.

I hate seeing our Pkers trying to go on breakeaways without having complete possession of the puck.

Agreed.

On pace for (before tonight);

25 goals, 28 assists, 53 pts, +20

All those are probably a little bit higher right now.

I don't care what people say, Lang has been a success. He could have 13-16 goals if he was more accurate, but 9 ties him with Tangs for team lead. We were expecting him to be 3rd line but he's got more goals than our players slotted above him in the supposed depth chart. He's been a welcome addition while some of last year's stars are slumping. Good thing we acquired Lang and Tanguay or else our offense would be just very mediocre.

To be fair though, Begin hasn't played for them for a LONG time.
