That is pretty much my list, with a major drop off after Visnovsky and a small gap between Markov and the other three in the top group.

I found these guys to be an interesting comparison as they (with the exception of Markov) they are behind the elite veteran players Chara, Pronger, Niedermayer, Lidstrom, and Zubov but are still #1s (at least down to Visnovski).

This is how I see it right now. Could be very interchangeable in the middle. Maybe Kubina and Boyle too high? I feel confident with Markov and Kabs 1-2 and Redden Roszival 11-12.
