Don't know why, but I found this extremely humorous.

I'm just hoping CI has enough overflow channels to give me the MSG feed. If I've got Chico, I might be watching guys "lay felt" myself.

oh i enjoy watching any rangers/devs game. i actually admire the devils, they win games even when they seem to be down and out. they still compete. i have a lot of respect for the organization and certainly their record and number of cups won is impressive.

but without brodiva playing, its not quite the same....

I agree. Gomez, Dubinsky, Cally, Dawes and especially Lunqvist play great against the Devils.

Anybody see the GDT over on the Devils board? That thread is going really strong. I think this game is really important to those fellas. A couple people actually claimed that they weren't going to be able to get any sleep last night. It is only December, right?

there's also a ton of nonsense going on over in that thread... can't always judge the quality of our threads by the page count

resident cougar. she's earned the respect. But yea, generally we don't go longer than 3-4 pages before a Carie Millbank or Alyssa Milana picture is posted. The Mods let them stay up for an hour or two, then delete 'em

She's the best! Only has one flaw, and I can over look it!

I'm outta here! Enjoy the game everyone!

And you like argument for what? Your own sake? It's no better even though you like yourself allot (based on username and various avatars). Argument's sake is the reason for this board very existence (good job of owners managing is not discounted). I am an asset here, a catalyst that brings the best out those who is less lazy then you, (including yourself on other days ). I need to do it because the best posters here are pleasure to read, but they are often dormant even being around.

Coming from a NYI fan, I find myself excited for the game tonight!

Having to endure a massacre on Long Island, it'll definitly be fun to watch some quality hockey between one team on the rise and one still trying to find its game.

I have my money on the Rangers(they freaking own the Devs) but the Devils seem to have hit some sort of switch. Parise and Elias are something else as of late.

Good luck guys, finally some good hockey to watch!

good luck regime...bring earmuff's you'll need em. I went to the last game and sat next to 2 40somethings berate 2 8 yr old girls for the entire first period, followed by ramblings of Martys cups as NYR laid down a solid beating. Normally verbal abuse of prepubescant kids is saved for when provoked but apparently the "martys cups" and "wheres lundys cups" chants are fair play anytime any place. O and bring a few extra singles for the "working gals" in the balcony...think isles ice girls born and bred in trenton...nuff said....LGR

Anyone who says this/has it happen to them is a complete and utter failure and basically they suck. I don't care who your favorite team is, jesus christ, that better be someone joking

I say abandon the whole defense first mindset for tonight. Go all out offense and pepper the **** out of Clemmer, he stinks. We have The King back there after all.

I'd rather lose this way than lose a tic-tac-toe game mid way through the 3rd.

Keys to the game

Orr vs Lelonde will happen and could spark one of the teams

Hank needs to outplay Clemmenson or Weeks

Shoot often and from every where.

don't get out worked down low

Stay out of the box

I'd change this to make sure you get your damn shots on net (as in, don't miss the net or get them blocked).

rangers need to have good puck possession....the devils do a good job of attacking with the pcuk, however, if the rangers control the puck and get quality scoring chances they should win

Leblond is down in Lowell for the weekend or longer. Rupp is in the lineup and it will be Clemmer in net.
