Same as last time Koivu was injured, not surprising.

Kovalev is actually doing good. I can't believe how some of you thought he'd have 80ish pts again..He only reached 80pts twice in his career, so it was highly unlikely for it to happen again this year.

His pt/GP ratio this year is actually perfectly in twined with his PT/GP ratio career wise.

Koivu's the heart of the Habs, that's why he wears the C.

My thoughts exactly. What I don't like is when people say "HE'S GONNA MAKE THE MOONWALK TON8!!!!!!!1one111one1!!! CAPTAIN OF MY HEART!!!!1111"

People in Montreal seem to idealize him. Sure he'S spectacular and he's got great abilities, but he's becoming older and we've already seen the best out of him. He's not going to be any better than what you see right now.

I predict him to be great tonight, but once again, that's the matter when it comes to Kovalev. Especially now that he's 35. One night everything works, the other, he turns everything over.

I agree. He has been playing very well the last few games. He set up our only goal versus TB the other night and was one of our only players who was effective. It's only a matter of time before the puck starts going in for him.

I am taking my friend to the game not a huge Habs fan but loves Russian players.
Loves Ovechkin hates the Leafs so not much more I can ask for.
He will be happy tonight.
And I love Kaptin Kovalev.

Everytime koivu has been out, he has stepped up to the plate and I am certain he will shine once again. I think he really likes being the center of attention and carrying this team on his shoulders. He'll score tonight, Idd bet on it.

I didn't know he was sleeping. Last I checked he was getting great chances, producing assists, and leading our team 2nd in points.
