Sabres are up by 1 Vanek with 23rd.

1:0 Buff

Sundin is in the building, taking pictures, smiling. I hope Canes win big tonight.

Edit: Rangers scored a rare PP goal. Rozie lost the puck and Canes scored 10(?) something seconds later.

Don't feel like writing a long post but can I just say what a pinch by Carle! He was at the bottom of the faceoff circle.

And of course it rocks we beat the **** out of Crosby and his merry band of ********ers. That always feels great. Avs game I could care less about but now we need to mush the habs just as bad as Crybaby & Co.

didn't see the game myself...but had the live stats up on my laptop to keep track...noticed that carle was on the ice for every goal today (for and against)...not sure if it was discussed elsewhere, but it sure looks like he logged a tonne of ice time in his 1st game back! nice to see!

If Canes were just a little better, they would win in regulation or OT.
two full min 5 on 3, 5-6 chances in OT against NYR 1 or 2 chance. Best chance was by Girardi.

Henrik did it again for NYR.

yeah weird I didnt notice that.

I really think we need Timonen-Coburn
and Vaananen-Carle on the go.

Coburn and Carle play too similar. They both love to jump in the rush and it doesnt work with both of them on at the same time

I think we have a music request for the next GDT!

MSE, make a note of it!

Oh, and what a great game today!! I just love how Crosby was more or less a non-factor. I hope Godard gets some come uppance for continuing to punch Harts while he was laying on the ice. Doesn't even have to be from the Flyers (although that would be sweet!), as I'm sure other players around the league would take note of such a transgression of "the code". And finally, congrats to Knuble on his 200th career goal!!

Mother ****ing Cooke anyone?

And I warn you guys don't troll to answer this guy, just sit here and laugh at his homerism.

I still have no idea what Hartnell even did that pissed Godard off so much

How can he even post that without laughing in a Cooke thread, after a game where Cooke ran Timonen twice! and the refused to fight Richards.
let em whine in their freakin misery.

Well played philties .

If I could go beyond my loathing for your colors (and I actually can), I would say that the two periods of hockey I had the stomach to stay up and watch was some of the most impressive I've seen this season.
Its a great team to watch, that PK is sick, sick, sick entertainment, and we want our old hero back (Joe Mullen).

Hope to meet you with more horses next time for a more even contest. This one was a rout

People at the game hopefully you saw this:

Dancin Seany towards the end, a pens fan gets in front and starts being a dick, eventually punches the camera dude, and gets rushed by like 5 staff and fans. All of this by the way is being played on the jumbotron(from the camera mans perspective at least).

Im pretty sure someone tumbled down the steps too. But anyway, I was lucky enough to see that crazy **** go down from a few rows down.
