Knee Injury

Has anyone here ever had a bucket handle tear of their meniscus which they had repaired? If so, how long were you in a knee immobilizer? How long was your rehab? How long was it from the surgery untill you were playing, were there any long term side effects that affected your game?

UGH,

Had one wasnt big they went in and scoped the knee took out the bad material and sewed it together. I was immoblized for 6 weeks but I was walking on it in 3 shush dont tell the doctor. Umm the only problem I have with it now is when I play alot of games in a short period of time and it just gets sore. I just ice the knees (blew out my other knee in high school) and take it easy on it. When I do Cardio I use low impact machines.
