Differences in Rules: WHA vs NHL?

Does anybody know what kind of differences there will be? (Touch up icing? for example)

I read a while ago when it was first conceived that they wanted to open up the game so the skill players could be showcased more. Am I remembering accurately? Any and all info will help.

All I've seen so far are ideas they are considering which you can read about on their site. I hope someone has something more concrete to add here.
