Maybe having a C on his sweater again will boost him. Also, the Montreal organization should ask the NHL for a special case with Kovalev having to play with no helmet.

I want a Moonwalk

Hopefully, but it didn't last game...although he did setup Tanguay (who by the way is also struggling) for some nice chances.

23 points in 25 games and plus 4...He can't be that much of a liability on 5 on 5!

Man get that stats straight before writing junk like that!
When Kovalev is on the ice you can almost guarantee that the play will be in the offensive zone!

Yet all we hear from media is how bad Kovalev is? Maybe he should change his name to Alexandre Kauvaleve

or that he will try to outdangle the whole team to lose the puck and to take another stupid penalty in the off zone

Well not scoring for 20 games in a row can't be good. And if he's, Kovalev himself, concerned about it, seems to me that he doesn't think it's too good as well...

He had a lot of lucky breaks last year, and played Raycroft a lot. Time for some garbage goals around the crease, because it seems like a perfect situation. He's got great hands and if he turns it over that far into the zone it's not as big a deal.

i gave him a B because he's definitely getting TONS of chances, and despite the fact that eveyone is saying he sucks this year, he's still 2nd leader in points.

Besides, last year he didnt get going before mid december, the season is till young

I'll give him a C. He's been really good some games and really bad other games. So average over the course of the season so far.
