I've watched like 3/4's of the Kings games this year. I've grown a liking to them.

I definitely don't expect an easy one with all that young talent. I mean, last year they owned us at MSG.

Case 1-Prucha

Case 2-Drury + Dawes 3rd line
I don't think they're considered the 3rd line.

Renney was using the Gomez line as a top line, rightfully so, and the Drury and Dubinsky lines are pretty much lines 2A and 2B, Betts line used as the "checking line" obviously.

The Drury line actually got more ice time then the Dubinsky line last night. Drury logged over 19 minutes.

I don't think Renney really believes in having lines designated as 1, 2, 3... it's more about match ups and who he feels fits the situation.

I like that mentality. It gets everyone involved.

I think if he had clear cut 1, 2, 3... he would go with it. But these guys have not shown enough consistency as units to do it.

I like the explanation. works for me.

Also, I think we are going to come out of the gates hard tonight. We came out hard last night and was awareded 2 points in a hard, tough game. I think if we lost it would be a diffrent story. They know they need to work hard to win. They know a lot of focus is on this trip and they want to come away with 6.

Usually I'd be wary of this game, but seeing it's game #35 I feel good.

Let's go Rangers.

Z is only +4? Wasn't he a +12 not too long ago?

Now only 4 guys on this team are +'s for the year. Incredible.

2 of my top 5 players in the league are on this team, Brown and Kopitar. Can't wait for this one.

Any chance Dawes' ass is riding pine like it should be?? or does one goal redeem 137 consecutive invisible shifts??? i'd defend him just like i defend prucha if he didn't shy away from contact and dissappear for games at a time

Sooooo pumped to see a LaBarbera/Valiquette matchup. These two guys were one of the best AHL goaltending duos in quite some time when the Pack had them both.
