I think it would be highly unlikely. He made a contract with a Finnish club during the lockout, played two games and then just took off without letting the team know. Next time they heard from him was when he released comments in the players association forums to all that everybody should avoid signing a contract to Finland. Needless to say, nothing had been done wrong from the team side, but Avery probably just didn't like the non-existent night life and such in that city.

So in other words, there aren't clubs that would gamble with him, especially now.
