Same move every single time. You honestly would think he'd start working on not flopping onto his stomach on the move.

So Franzen gets away with a headlock, but then the Kings get a penalty?

Quick may have the jitters and who can blame him but there is one HUGE difference between he and Labs.

Athleticism and lateral movement.

Quick has been taking too many flopping lessons from LaBarbera.

Wow, Quick is keeping us in it. Man... I would hate to know what the score would have been with Labs in net right now.

Hilarious. Labs flops on his stomach and he sucks; Quick does it and he's "athletic."

There's a difference between a desperation save and a flop.

Because Quick has been making the stops.

Hahaha wow. Quick didn't even get a piece of that. I could even tell that in real time.

Did they score?

I don't really see what you were expecting Quick to do when the defenseman misplayed that two on one so badly and left Filppula wide open for that shot.

A shot that goes off the backboards causing Labs to look back, fall down and slide on his belly as the puck makes it the front of the net verses sliding across on a nice cross ice pass by the Wings, with the netminder under control, shoulders square & facing the shooter with glove in position.

Apples v. Oranges.

Um not flop onto his stomach. That takes up the least net possible for a goalie.

Oh, and everybody's boy Bernier has given up 3 goals on 11 shots tonight, fyi.

I wouldn't consider a goaltender sliding across on his stomach in control. LaBarbera does the exact same thing on all of the penalty shots; is he in control then?

The Kings are playing pretty well! Quick and the crossbar are keeping us in the game.

Every time I look up and see an outnumbered break for the Wings, I see Peter Harrold chasing the play. Three times already this game. Is he that slow a skater? Or can he just not keep up with the elite in the NHL?

Nice goal by Frolov. Congratulations, Trevor Lewis!

Go Kings!
