Wsh blows us out and shuts us out.

They are younger, faster, stronger, and have more fire than we do.

Hopefully the defense doesn't leave Hank out to dry like they did last time against Washington. But I'm not getting my hopes up

4-2 Washington

It will be a good game, but Theodore really needs to step it up and only let 3-4 by if we expect to win .... I did not expect you guys to be predicting a Caps win. Green, Semin, Poti, Feds... the list of players out is quite long.

After a very successful road trip, I think we should come out kicking.
On top of that.. The $undin issue is all cleared up so they don't have to worry about that.

Rangers win Big(That means more then one for this team . 2 PPG and although the first line won't do much... Drurys and Dubis line will...
If I had to guess for 4-5 goals it would be
Dubinsky
Dawes
Drury
Naslund

"We would have loved to have him join our team, there's no doubt about that," Markus Naslund told reporters. "But you never knew what it would take. We never knew if we had to lose a couple of guys and who knew what the chemistry would have been? I like what we have going on here. Guys are playing well off one another. It's a close-knit group. I think it's a positive that we get to keep this group together."

They don't need to worry about this now...

A lot of people on the board are pessimist because a lot of times the Ranger team doesn't show up and it turns out to be a terrible game. They hate having their hopes up and then shot down. I don't think we are going to see that team for a while.

Usually Captains prevent teams from coming out slow and getting into these slumps so Drury must not be as good of a captain as we thought.

You guys certainly will get that. I stand by my 5-4 prediction. Ovie, and Fleischmann getting 2 each then Boyd Gordon.

For the Rangers... Staal, Zherdev, Drury, and Dawes

The Flyers and Devils are on fire, this would be a big 2 points before Christmas.

I'll be at MSG for this one, should be fun. I just want 2 points before Christmas. I got my Giants win, now I need a Rangers win. I was pretty satisfied with the California trip despite the loss in SJ, so a win here is huge.

I was down in Philly Saturday for the Caps/Flyers game as well and the Caps' goalies were absolutely abysmal. While Niittymaki was making 48 saves, Brent Johnson and Theodore in relief gave up 7 goals on significantly fewer shots. We need the Caps to play like that against us as well in the interest of fairness

I wouldn't mind terribly seeing AO score a goal though...as long as it's 8-1 Rangers after that.

We blow Washington out and shut them out.

We are experienced, wiser, defensive, and have more Lundqvist than they do.

According to the guys over at the Caps board, the team has been dealing with these injuries for the past several weeks and have actually improved during that time. I thought this game might be one in which the Rangers "played down" to their injury depleted opponent, but Caps fans seemed to take offense to that. So, we need to win tonight, and not let them use these injuries as an excuse down the road...

Going to the game tonight and hoping they pull out two points especially with the amount of people the Caps are missing.

LETS GO RANGERS!

Haha I get what they were saying though. We have dealt with tons of injuries this season, and the Hershey boys have really stepped up and played very well so we do have faith in them. But there is no question we are better with Semin, Green, and Poti. Green is our best D man and Poti is 3rd I would say. And of course Feds is the man and helps us.

Was it last game that Lundy stoned Ovy and Ovy was halfway into his celebration and then was like oh....?

There's no reason to assume otherwise.
