Hartsburg split them up, reasoning is that they should be able to make the players around them better......he usually shakes his lines up at different points in the game, youll se Spezza move up to the Heatley line and they will play together on the first PP unit..
How often does Hartsburg keep in touch with John Stevens? Nothing says awesome like the Asham-Powe-Carter line that's bound to come out sometime around the 2nd period.
She was driving along, noticed a cop directly behind her, and when a light up ahead turned yellow, she stopped (whereas normally she'd have run it).
The nose of her Chevette was a bit into the intersection so she put the car in reverse and backed up a few feet. Then she waited for the light to go green and when it did, stepped on the gas.

She's a fan, but it's her "special day" so she dictates what we do.
That's pretty understandable though.
I was wondering how the Senators fans are liking (or disliking) Smith. I haven't really visited the Sens board in a while so I have no clue. Anyone know?

Wow, what has he been doing in Ottawa? I noticed the word "groveling" even. I loved Smith when he was here, and he was solid defensively, but man, they must REALLY like him.

Considering the thread is a few days old and there are only 11 posts, it doesn't seem like much of an appreciation thread.

It was started just after he scored that game winner in overtime. That is why the grovelling comment. Overall though there are very mixed opinions about Smith on the Ottawa board. I don't think there are many who are big fans. I like him personaly.

I LOVE your avy!!
It was the same way with Gator here when he was on the Flyers. Personally, I liked the guy. Look up the word "warrior" in the dictionary, and there's the picture of him last season after getting a stick to the face with blood running down his cheek.

Thanky.
I think most who recognize what his role is and what he brings to a team appreciate him. Some have unrealistic expectations of him and get disappointed.

I was about to say the same thing. I liked him, but most of the fans wanted him gone...mainly for cap reasons I do believe.
