It's been great talking Kings hockey with all of you, particularly over the past year since I've been helping David out with moderating duties. Thanks to everyone for participating in all of the the forums here, particularly this one.
Be safe wherever you are traveling for the holidays (I'll be in Chicago where it's a balmy +3F today - eep!). I hope you all have a terrific holiday season and a happy and prosperous 2009!

The xmas spirit is in the air! So I was at Ralph's yesterday at lunch purchasing my xmas gifts. They have a nice gift card selection so I just go there to do all my shopping. I bought $175 worth and hand the lady at the register two benjamins, get my receipts and leave. Well I went to go eat after and realized I didn't have my $25 change. When I got back from lunch my co-workers thought I should call but I wasn't even sure I left it there. I thought I may have dropped it on the street or something (has happened to me before). I left a message with a lady at Ralph's who gave it to the lady who was at the register. I get to work today and you wouldn't believe it, she left me a message and has my extra $25. I was absolutely shocked.
Being in Boston makes it very difficult for me to be a Kings fan ... and my new job (started the 10th) doesn't let me check hfboards at work ... which is probably a GREAT idea on their part, but still this board helps me get my Kings fix and for that I want to wish everybody here a wonderfully merry Christmas, happy Chaunakah, wonderful new year, and splendid Festivus.
Thanks to all you guys! (and girls ... if there are any)
