Him, Lang and Kovalev were pathetic tonight, but let's please remind they're our 3 leading scorers.

Tanguay's problem is not the lack of a physical edge to his game... It's all about involvement.

Well... at least he didn't turn the puck over 100 times tonight. Which can't be said about Kovy.

Can we change the name ''God'' for ''Price''??

So from Wiki:

Price is most often conceived of as the supernatural creator and overseer of the universe. Theologians have ascribed a variety of attributes to the many different conceptions of Price. The most common among these include omniscience, omnipotence, omnipresence, omnibenevolence (perfect goodness), divine simplicity, jealousy, and eternal and necessary existence. Price has also been conceived as being incorporeal, a personal being, the source of all moral obligation, and the "greatest conceivable existent".[1]

Like it or not our team is always lost when Koivu doesn't play. I don't know what he does in the locker room but I want him back =(.

Notice how since Tanguay isn't with Koivu he isn't playing well? Not a coincidence IMO.

Yep involvement as well, also he's waiting for Koivu's return to start playing.

I take back all the "five hole" stuff I said about Price. This guy is gettin better and will be a God! Price made some stops that most couldn't even make.

Good win over a good team.

Unfortunately people will get on his case all over again once his team lets him down and he can't hold the fort like he did tonight and use that as an excuse to bash him... sucks but what can we do. Btw that Rivet pic in your sig seems kind of random?

I hated him tonight too, in fact I have been one of his "bashers" this year so far even though I was blown out during the first 2 weeks of NHL play. Let's just say he's streaky and leave it at that, instead of banishing him aldready like Ryder (who scored his 13th on a Savard assist, and is still young).

Boston can keep winning and cruise to 1st all they want. We have Price, they have Thomas. In a playoff environment, anything can happen with that matchup, and in our favour perhaps. They might think he sucks because of game 5 last year but he had a busted hand so...

A guy who's signed until the end of the season can hardly be considered an Albatross... Especially considering the team hasn't shown any sign that they want to move him.

And why would they, if he plays like **** the best case scenario is that we re-sign him cheap next season, unless we do give up on him in the end. We need Koivu asap.

Are you ****ing crazy? He's played awful tonight, but wasn't the only one, and he's still our 2nd forward with the most points this year. He could do better, but he's useful and gave a lot to this team in the first 15 games.

I'm getting tired of Carbonneau's ego. Grabovski, Streit, Ryder, Samsonov, Perezhogin all went in the doghouse in the last 2 years and each one of them is doing very good for his own team. Samsonov's case is arguable, but you've got to help your players.

Now we'll add Tanguay to this list I guess?... Carbonneau has big communication problems. He's not giving any "rope" to his men and the players are sensible to it. Now he's benching Tanguay. Is he really stupid enough to beleive that a 10 years vet in the NHL is going to accept it and answer positively?!
