hellojp:

Unless you want a bunch of posters hunting you down with pitch forks. I suggest you go and edit your prediction for tonight's game.

I have a feeling this is gonna be a brutal game, FLA is the worst team for the habs to play. 2-1 panthers win.

Oh come on, be more optimistic, we won the last game against them 3-1, and last year in the holiday trip down Florida, we won 5-1. Its not like they beat us every game. Its not like they're the Devils pre-2008 against the Habs.

You remind me of the Metro news feed on the boarding docks this morning. They were saying in headlines "Le CH affrontent sa bête noire se soir!!", which is such an exageration. We were 2-1-1 last year against them, 5 points out of 8!!

Sigh.

Maybe if the habs hadn't lost 2-1 to the lightning last week... The panthers have better goaltending than tampa too.

But they have a much weaker offense, so what's your point?

So now because the Habs lost 3-1 to Tampa, they are gonna lose to any team that are better than Tampa??? Let me remind you that the Habs won 5-2 against Philly, 3-2 against buffalo, 3-2 against Pittsburg, 6-2 against New York and 3-1 against Detroit, yet they are all better teams than Tampa....

Find a better argument next time.

Get a life dude, I'm not going to write paragraphs on how the habs have sucked against the SE div this season.

But his argument was perfect. If A > B and B > C then obviously A > C right?

Aren't they the only team against whom we have a losing record? But I think if we win the 4 games this year we can move to the winning side.

That's true and we are effectively closing in on ,500 against them all-time.

We are 3-1-1 since last season against them.

Also, I think 2 of those wins were in Florida out of 2 or 3 games (I don't remember if our win against them this season was in Montreal), so we have a pretty good record lately when playing in Miami.

We didn't lose to Tampa last week,it was almost 3 weeks ago and it was 3-1

Tampa just beat Florida twice, therefore we might have a shot!!!

Panthers will be hungry as they got zapped two games in a row to the Bolts.
You know Zednick will be hungry for a goal and hes seems to be on the beginings of a streaky stretch. Also Anderson has been sick this year, his stats say it all.
Saying that the key to victory will be the Habs forecheck and Powerplay.
Habs PP 2-4 with a 3-2 win.

I'm back in the Montreal area from California and I am looking for the Habs to continue rolling along. It is great to be back in town seeing everyone sporting their Habs pride.

Go Habs!

Don't know if anyone has mentioned this yet, but according to TSN "Ice Chips" Pacioretty and Chipchura were called back to the Habs today.
