Everybody's happy at One Bills Drive, and the team doesn't get any better.

There's no way. Marv did enough damage as a GM.

Bills got to fire Jauron though. If they don't, season ticket sales will drop like 40% at minimum. There's no doubt in my mind.

As far as the Bills go, they (Ralph Wilson) are to cheap. No way in hell they eat 3 years of salary for nothing.
Cowher would be giving a press conference in NY today, if the Jets had fired GM Tenenbaum as well.

His drafting was pretty damn good (with the exception of McGargo). He made his share of mistakes, but I don't think that statement is fully warrented.

Not really.

2006:

1. Whitner, an average player, over an elite D-lineman, Haloti Ngata, and a franchise QB, Jay Cutler.

2. McCargo over Mangold, a Pro Bowl center.

3. Ashton Youboty. Looked damn good last season, then got hurt.

4. Ko Simpson sucks.

5. Kyle Williams is solid.

6. Brad Butler is solid.

7. Keith Ellison is awful.

8. Is Terrance Pennington even in the league anymore?

9. Ditto for Aaron Merz.

Levy gets a D-minus for his two first-round picks; the highlight is getting good value from Youboty, Williams and Butler. When that's the best part of your draft, you did a crappy job.

2007:

1. Lynch is an excellent part of a 1-2 punch. Also, credit to Levy for grabbing Jackson as a UDFA.

2. Posluszny is average; he's a downgrade from Fletcher.

3. The jury is out on Edwards. Who knows? And after almost two seasons at the helm, that is not very encouraging.

4. Dwayne Wright = bust. In fairness, it was Wilson who was responsible for this pick.

5. John Wendling is a run-of-the-mill special teams guy.

6. Derek Schouman was good value where they got him.

7. C.J. Ah You never made it anywhere.

Recap: Out of 16 Levy draft picks, Lynch is the best one. There are only a couple solid contributors in there, a few are average and the rest are a bunch of nobodies.

The guy's drafts were nothing special and his free-agent signings (Royal, Dockery, Walker, Fowler) haven't paid many dividends at all. The only way Levy's GM reign will be considered a success is if Edwards becomes a franchise QB, and who knows whether that will happen?

Bonus: Levy's head coaching selection sucked. Wilson wanted Mike Sherman, the better candidate, but went with Levy's decision.

Really? An average player? I don't mind the argument that there may have been better value for other positional needs before Whitner, but to call Whitner an Average player is pretty laughable. Most fans would rate him a top 10 Safety, and he has only played what...3-4 seasons? He is a good player, and in time could be a great player. You can't distort facts to make an arguement. I understand that it is your opinion, but I think most would agree he's not just an "average" player...

There's nothing about Whitner that makes him a top 10 safety. He doesn't cover that well, doesn't get INTs, doesn't have many sacks... if there's a reason why he's so good, I'd love to hear it. Spending time in his film room basement with McKelvin doesn't count.

WGR: Jauron's staying. He met with Wilson today in Michigan and Wilson decided to keep him.

I just heard this as well from my friend.

All I can say is that I hope Cowher doesn't take the Jets job and we get him as our Coach and GM next year

This franchise can go **** itself. I am this close to swearing the Bills off for good.

I hope old man Wilson's pockets take a big hit in lost season ticket revenue.
