No New Articles Yet?

Has anyone heard anything from our writer? I've seen some other teams have 4-5 articles already on their prospects and we've only seen that one with the QC preview, we didn't even get a training camp article either. I really enjoy those articles and hope our writer writes some stuff soon.

Howcome we never have a stack of articles like some other teams?

Don't worry guys the System Audit is in the queue and there will be a feature or two coming before the New Year. We have a schedule for most of the regular articles so if they are near the end of the cycle it is tough to bump them up sometimes.

That's a serious queue.

I'd love to see something on Ryan Wilson; sounds like a good project player. Some of the available information refers to his knock kneed skating style...I would think the team would assign a skating coach to try to remedy this sitation and I think it would be interesting to know what type of exercises/drills are done. Wilson scored another goal last night and seems to be a diamond in the rough.

Some HF content on Backlund at the WJC.

Among forwards, Sweden's Mikael Backlund stole the show yesterday. Although he did not score a goal until late in the first period, when the game was out of Russia's reach, Backlund was all over the ice. His vision, instincts, passing abilities, and acceleration are exceptional. 2009 NHL Entry Draft-eligible Magnus Svensson Paarjarvi was very impressive in this game too. In the game against Latvia on Monday, Svensson Paarjarvi showed that he could finish; yesterday he showed how strong he is on the puck and protecting it in the offensive zone. A good size winger, Svenssonn Paarjari moves well and has only enhanced his draft status by his performance thus far.

Some credit even though he didnt score a bunch. Nice to see.

Thanks for posting that. It is nice to hear good news about Backlund, especially after the not so positive things coming out of Sweden lately. Hope he continues to have a great WJ
