Showing signs but not injury prone.

He's had his share of injuries, but he hasn't missed enough games to be considered injury prone.

Fairly obvious to me, if a player gets reguarly injured early in his career it doesnt bode well for the future.

Look at Havlat,Gaborik, Forsberg. It starts early, don't know how common it is the other way around. Player who gets injured when he's young easy then gets more durable with age.

I would also include that number of injuries is more important to look at than total number of games missed. A serious injury can happen to anyone, even a freak one like to Eric J.

That last one was bizarre. He got crosschecked in the lower back and seemed to be in agony. It was like he couldn't move his upper torso. Back stuff doesn't bode well for his future, I'm sorry to say. I'm so sick of dirty hockey.

I think you are correct. I think he's tremendous when healthy, but it looks like he is headed for the career of Martin Havlat...

That looked like Gaborik's numbers before this year, and he's injury prone according to HF, so I don't see how anyone can say no.

Too early to tell, but he's certainly trending that way.

When a guy misses hordes of games due to a pinched nerve, comes back for a few, gets tapped moderatly in the back and leaves the ice in tears of pain, I'm going to say injury prone.

I'm going to say he tried to come back too soon, and should have rested longer. If it is reinjuring the same ailment, it's just one injury.
