ill be there tonight....Can't take this team lightly even with all their injuries. They still have Kovalev, the Kostitsyns, Markov, Komisarek, Plekanec and others. Yes their powerplay hasn't been good but Montreal always finds a way on the powerplay. The boys can't take this game lightly and neither can the fans at the Garden tonight.

LETS GO RANGERS

I'm a frenchie habs fan. I'll be sitting alone in 336 with my habs sweater.
For the record we're not all idiots. Also I've read about you guys invading the Prudential Center so I'm sure you can relate.

Remember, it's all in good fun. Enjoy the game.

Thats exactly what i was going to say.

They need to come into this one with a chip on their shoulder considering the last few games against this team.

Set a tone and keep it there.

I had a vivid dream yesterday that told me the outcome of this game.

New York Rangers - 4
Montreal Canadians - 3

Whether it's in regulation, OT, SO, I do not know...nor do I care.

I wouldnt get your hopes up. Why would they show up any different then most of there games tonight? Are the leaders going to say something in the locker room? Is the coaching staff going to say something?

No and No.

We will come out like we always do.

The only chance our team plays with an edge off the bat is if the Habs do and force us to do the same.

Rangers have to get to Halak tonight, hes let up 3 or more goals in 4 of his last 5 games.

Interesting thing about Halak this season:

When he faces more than 30 shots he has a SV% of .925

When he faces less then 30 shots he has a SV% of .865

So if the Rangers are getting outplayed tonight, keep throwing pucks at the net.

Halak is damn cold, he has a 4.58 GAA in the last 2 games with a save percentage of .860. Let's jump on this opportunity. Let's shoot that damn rubber thing a lot! Let's go Rangers!

I've been pimping Reg Grant around here forever. Our continued "luck" in this department simply cannot be ignored. Strength and conditioning are of utmost importantance during the NHL grind.

As for tonight, yet another in a long line of "measuring stick" games. Rangers coming off one of their most complete games of the season. Montreal manhandled the Rangers up north last time they met, but come into this game missing a few key players. This is a game that a good team should win, but so was the game against Washington before Christmas. I'm sure it will be interesting to say the least.
