Yannick Weber named to AHL All Stars

Congrats to Weber, he's the only Bulldog to be named to the AHL All Stars. Last year the Dogs had Ryan O'Byrne (didn't play as he was called up) and Halak, the game is later this month so I guess he will be able to play.

Nice job by Weber. Not the easiest thing to accomplish for a rookie.

8 goals and 10 assists in 31 games...nice job kid. At that pace, if he would have played every game for the Bulldogs this year he could have finished around 20 goals and 25 assists for the year. Solid numbers so far for the rookie.

Surprised he is the only Dog, but not surprised he was chosen.

Hope he gets a chance to play with the Habs. Cause i think he is really close if not ready now.

I also want to make one thing clear, carbo better try Weber on the PP before he asks or waits till Bob goes out and trades for a guy at the deadline as we all believe will happen. It would be a shame to not give him an opportunity and possibly trade him plus other stuff for a PP defenceman.

Nice, a little surprised Denis is not there but maybe he cooled enough not to warrant it.
