As long as Joe refrains from saying "Miller looks shaky", we have a good chance.

Send Staal after Vanek please.

I don't like the Valiquette move at all. Why the rest because he was sick a week ago? The man shut out Pittsburgh, slumping or not shutting out Malkin and Crosby tells me he's good enough to go. He had a terrible game last game but this is where we need him the next 5 are tough games play the "Vezina caliber" goaltender. Calgary started Kipper last night against the Isles, why can't we ride Lundqvist here?

yea the sabres have been really bad at even strength this season and us Sabres fans have noticed a change in Vanek, he actually has realized he's a pretty big strong player and is throwing the body around once in a while now which is good to see...

If the Rangers are able to stay out of the penalty box (and preferrably Buffalo too), then this game should be ours.

He will get at least an assist tonight. Possibly a goal too.

Apart from that, some interesting stats on various players:

Rozy: 5 pts in last 5 games (3G 2A)

Drury: 5 pts in last 5 games (2G 3A); 2 game goal streak

Gomez: 5 pts in last 5 games (2G 3A)

Dawes: 5pts in 5 games (3G 2A)

lol you guys are sounding like Buffalo Bills fan did towards the end of their season, the Rangers are not in a bad position right now and should finish between the 4th-7th seed in the Eastern Conference they are a pretty talented squad and anything could happen in the playoffs, im just curious as to your guys thoughts on Dmitri Kalinin??

Why do I have the feeling that Vanek will destroy the rangers today?

LET'S GO RANGERS!!!

I hope for a good strong game from offense, defense, and goal!!! LET'S GO VALLEY!!!! LET'S GO PRUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!

LET'S GO KORPEDO!!! I've liked his energy he brings into games, so I hope him and Pruchs can get their energy to rub off to others!

also, I know this was probably already said, as it is a couple games old, but I noticed Prucha being used on the PP against the pens...interesting, i'm glad renney has noticed prucha's strengths and confidence!

LET'S GO RANGERS RED, WHITE, AND, BLUE!!!!!

This should be nothing less than a beat down by the Sabres tonight
7-3 loss.

Trolling for attention?

I do like how in the past few games Drury is playing a bit more like a "C" should, lets hope he keeps up his point streak against his old team tonight. Dawes has stepped up as well. Offensively we have picked it up from the Islander game thus far. That fact is overshadowed by a tough loss in Washington and a bad outing by Lundqvist.

Anyone have word on the lines? I understand from Sam that Voros is probably out and Korpo playing with Dubi and Zherdev? I'm excited for that line if thats the case!!!

I don't think Renney's recent lovefest for Prucha, has anything to do with the kids strengths or confidence. It has more to do with the team going from 1st to possibly 8th in the next few days, that may have shaken Tom from his stupor

4-3 Buffalo. Rangers play embarrassing hockey for the first 2 periods (surprised?) and go into the 3rd down 3-0. We come back 3-2 before Buffalo makes it 4-2. We score one more with 4 mins left in the game but are unable to tie it.
