Easton curve similar to coffey curve?

hey guys. i'm thinking of switching from wood to composite. Right now i have been using a sherwood 5030 wood stick w/ a coffey curve. i think its time to pick up a composite. i've been looking at a synergy elite but can't decide what curve is similar to that coffey curve? maybe heatley,gaborik,drury...? please help, thanks.

If you can find a Gaborik/Yzerman, that is the closest. Unfortunately Easton more or less discontinued this curve in 2007. You could look at getting the Synergy Elite tapered shaft and getting a tapered blade from another company. CCM Thornton, RBK Bergeron, and Warrior Smyth are close to the Coffey. Although this route might be more expensive in the short term as they're clearing out the SEs for $120 now.

This is a great site for hockey equipment info. In particular, here is the blade pattern database: http://www.modsquadhockey.com/forums...p?act=Patterns

I'll go ya one better. You can get a Sherwood 5030 Coffey composite. I got one a few weeks ago and loved it ever since I picked it up. I had to go to a local hockey shop to find one.

Basically the same stick, except composite. It comes a bit longer, so you can trim it down to fit. They even have a wooden decal covering the stick so it looks like a woodie.
