The Leafs are blessed when it comes to good face off guys, but Nieuwendyk is the best amongst them.

They're all pretty good...Too bad the Ducks can't focus on shooting more.
Fedorov
Rucchin
Pahllson
I think that's the order, but it really doesn't matter, if you don't do anything with the puck after winning the faceoff, being #1 doesn't matter...

Just so you know, he was reffering to the Leafs exclusively.

Van Allen's face off % was slightly better than White's but I don't think he'll be back this year so probably White which doesn't say much because the Sens are pretty bad on face offs but atleast he was above 50%

A slight edge to Draper over Yzerman. Draper won 56.9% last year compared to 55.3 for Yzerman. Datsyuk won 54.0% giving the Wings three really good draw men. Fedorov wasn't too bad as faceoffs when he was in Detroit either.

You chose the ones I was going to say...I know Pavel is getting better at it, and Steve and Kris are two of the best.

Stoll will be our #1 faceoff guy very soon. The improvment he showed from the start to the end of last year was amazing...

He started off as a low 40% guy and ended up mid 50%.

I wouldn't be suprised if he is one of the better ones in the league in a few years

Draper was actually first on the team this year. Yzerman was a pretty close second, and Datsyuk was not far behind. All three were in the top 30.

For the Wings, I think it's a tie between either Yzerman or Draper. Datsyuk seems to be getting better at taking and winning faceoffs too. Zetterberg is alright also. Oh, and don't forget about Robert Lang.

For the Preds, it's clearly Greg Johnson. After that, it's likely Winger Adam Hall. After those two (who are above 55%), our other two centers are sitting at 45%. Newly acquired Jerred Smithson won 64% of his faceoffs last year for L.A. But that was only in 86 attempts spaced out over 8 games. He'll likely be our 4th line center if he makes the team.
