Jose Theodore was terrible against the Canucks last time in Vancouver. Didn't he let in 6 goals in the first period? Probably the worst period of all time for a goalie.

Going to the game on the 9th vs the Flames.
Should be a good one as Flames fans are still upset about the 4-1 defeat in early December. Atmosphere should be crazy, game sold out in 93 seconds.
If your attending this game as a Habs fan...WEAR WHITE!!

Yep...I think that's when we all realized Theodore's time in Montreal was (or should have been) drawing to a close. He looked like a peewee goalie in that game, couldn't stop a thing.

Then Luongo came here last year and shut us out because, you know, that's what goalies from Quebec do when they play here.

Heh, I remember that entire day like it was yesterday.

I think our next game was in Montreal against Carolina (of course) and Theo got shelled in that one too, and that was the end for him.

tough schedule against tough opponents. Hopefully our team plays defensive hockey with some offensive talent shining through with a lot of 2-1 or 3-1 wins.

Gonna be an interesting and crucial month. Looking forward to playing SJ, IMO they're the best team in the league.

Pittsburgh..Buffalo..Vancouver..Edmonton are not even close to being part of the best teams in the league.
Those teams will have to fight hard for a PO spot, unless they suddenly get on fire.

Should happen, especially if the game is out of reach early as it was last time.
But Mikhail might just fake an injury to make sure he does not have the chance to scrap.

Predictions. We go 14-2-2. Koivu returns. Vinny is on fire after he arrives. We are 4 points behind Boston at the end of the month. Price goes 12-1-1 with 3 shutouts.

Hopefully Carbo will have a full line-up and everybody will be healthy ready to push for the no1 spot. It's a lot of games but Carbo use everybody and knows how to keep the guys fresh.

The first game is what really interests me. Habs need to start beating Bruins if they want to challenge for the top seed. I'm sure we do fine rest of the way.

Koivu, Tanguay, Higgins and Jesus will all be well rested for the most important part of the calendar.
