Meaning he had 3 goals and 5 assists in the first 20 games. If only he'd be more consistent.

He was hurt. And he's young. It usually takes young players (even very good players) a while to learn how to be consistent at the NHL level. His recent play is very, very promising and we don't need to try to find a negative spin on it.

Last year, he had a PPG at his last 35 games. This year, he is on pace to have PPG for his last 60 games. I can live with that.

Maybe if we ask really nicely, Atlanta or Jersey will let us dress 5 forward lines.

A. Kostitsyn - Lang - S. Kostitsyn
Pacioretty - Plekanec - Kovalev
Higgins - Koivu - D'Agostini
Latendresse - Lapierre - Kostopolous
Begin - Chipchura - Stewart

Hopefully the Habs will not take Atlanta lightly (like Boston did to StL), because it will be tough to win in New Jersey.

Halak is playing, eh ?

4-3. 5-4, something like that.

Hopefully, since Price is back, Halak feels the pressure, in a good way and plays solid. Making saves when the team needs them.

Hoping to see Price in net tonight to fine tune for the Devils tomorrow night. Should go with Price for both games, imo.

Over the last game video highlights, there's a small error. It says :

LAST MATCH-UP
ATL@MON - Dec, 2nd 2008 - Canadiens SO Win: 5-4

The Habs won 5-4 after regular time and not SO. Not a big deal though! Thx for the video!

According to Carbonneau via Habs I+O - Halak plays tonight, Price in against the Devils, Price will play in the All-star game though will not take part in skills competition, no Higgins or Koivu tonight, outside chance Koivu plays against the Devils.

I don't think Price give a damn hell that Carbonneau don't want him to do the skill competition. It's a party .. A chance for them to know other hockey star player and get some renown. It's might be his only chance. If i was Price i would tell Carbo to burn in hell.

I'm just repeating what they said at l'antichambre . Because it's so true when you think about it.
